Ever wondered what makes a mic suited for metal vocals? Extreme Vocal Institute's David Benites was invited to collaborate on a metal mic shoot out video at the Sweetwater headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
During this test, David screams into a wide variety of microphones in a wide variety of price ranges to help you understand what's out there. David is joined in the video by Sweetwater sales representative Dave Dunsire (who also happens to play guitar in David's project Renesans).
