Varials has a brand new record WHERE THE LIGHT LEAVES out now via Fearless Records and David sat down with vocalist Skyler Conder to talk about creating the album on the Behind The Screams podcast. They discuss the process of Skyler joining the band, some of the vocal work they did together including developing new vocal techniques for the record, the collaborative studio sessions with producer Josh Schroeder and more.

Varials has been a band that Extreme Vocal Institute has been following for some time as David has worked with their previous vocalist Mitch Rogers as well. They have navigated two changes in vocalists in recent history while maintaining a rigorous touring schedule and continuing to put out music.
