Website Update: New Contact Form

At Extreme Vocal Institute, we’re always working to improve the experience for our clients, online users, and community—even as a small company with limited resources. Recently, we’ve noticed a major increase in spam/bot emails sent to our help inbox, which has made it harder to quickly identify and respond to real requests from our users and members of our community.
To solve this, we’ve introduced a new contact form specifically for questions about your account, EVI Now plans, and other inquiries outside of private lessons. This new system will help us keep things organized, filter out spam, and make sure your message gets the attention it deserves in a timely manner.
Please note: this contact form will not be monitored by David directly. Personal vocal questions should not be submitted through this form and will not receive a reply. If you’re looking for guidance with your technique, coaching, or vocal training, check out our FAQ section for common questions about our EVI Now courses or consider booking a private lesson.
We know how important it is for you to get quick, accurate support, and this change is one step in streamlining communication while protecting your time (and ours). Thank you for your patience and for being part of the EVI community—we’re always looking for ways to improve, and this is just the latest update in that ongoing effort.
We are currently working to get through the remaining messages in our inbox. If you have not heard back from us, please consider re-filling out your inquiry at this form as your message may have been sent to our spam or filtered with the influx of bot messages.
